Event Reminder: Finisar to Host Analyst Event in NYC on October 7th
SUNNYVALE, CA, Oct 02, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) -- Finisar Corporation (NASDAQ: FNSR), a global technology leader in fiber optic solutions for high-speed networks, will be holding an Analyst Event for the investment community on Tuesday, October 7th. The event will feature a keynote address by Adam Carter, Director of the Transceiver Module Group of Cisco Systems, as well as presentations from Finisar's management team on various topics of interest to investors, including an update on Finisar's current business outlook. Finisar will also be ringing the NASDAQ Opening Bell at 9:30 a.m. ET on October 8th.
The meeting will be held at the Metropolitan Club in New York City. In-person attendance at the Analyst Event is by registration-only. The proceedings will be webcast live and will be archived on the Finisar website for later viewing. Additional event details are included below:
